Team Bio’s

Todd Ingersoll

As a sophomore in college in 1990 I felt the “call” from God to pursue a career in business to provide for my future family and those in need around me. In 1993 I was blessed to marry my best friend and God has blessed us since with 1 son that is now with Him and 3 amazing boys to raise.

After many years of managing companies for others while going through the “College of Hard Knox” God opened the door for me to start Ingersoll & Co out of my garage in 2001. Over the course of the next 14 years the company grew into 6 different divisions, Irrigation, Architectural lighting, Plumbing, Snow removal, Christmas decorating and LED Lighting. My first LED retrofit opportunity came in 2013 through a friend who owned the Milwaukee Gas Light Building. I was asked to retrofit the 26′ “flame” on the roof of the 20 story historic office building from neon to LED. This is when the “light” went on and I realized the amazing benefits of LED and started another division.

In the winter of 2014 I was encouraged and challenged by my wife and God to sell 5 divisions and turn the LED division into Ingersoll Lighting. God has since helped me form an amazing team that I am blessed to work with daily and present the incredible benefits of our industry leading Emium LED lighting line to others. I see signs daily of God “connecting dots” and “opening doors” for our team and it is our goal and desire to conduct business on a daily basis in accordance with Matthew 5:16 “In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”

Keri Harris

My name is Keri Harris, I was born in California, but have lived in the Delavan/Elkhorn area most of my life. I joined the Ingersoll Lighting Team in June of 2014. I married my high school sweetheart Brandon and have a daughter Katie. One of my favorite things to do is spending time with Brandon, Katie, and our crazy puppies, Griffin and Bella!   We enjoy camping, harvesting our vegetable garden in the summer, and taking weekend trips.

Building and establishing relationships with my customers is something that I take pride in. But after spending 24 years in the retail business, I was unhappy and needed to change my path. God started setting me up to join Ingersoll Lighting long before I could have ever imagined.

Being a part of a team that is focused on providing substantial energy savings to so many companies has been amazing!  I look forward to the opportunities that God has put before us at Ingersoll Lighting.  I know He has big plans in store for every one of us, and I am excited to be a part of a group that will continue to ‘Let our light shine!’
